4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Payment Terms
All payments for our services must be made in accordance with the payment terms outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment provider.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the specific service you have booked. Please refer to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement for detailed information.

  • Personalised Coaching: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost.
     

  • Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the workshop cost.
     

  • Organisational Assessments and Consultancy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, digital downloads, course content, website content, members area content are the property of Frontline Resilience Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws.
